As a resident, you’ll find more than 90 clubs and organizations that will enable you to connect with others, try new things, and pursue your interests. And if you have an idea for a club or activity that doesn’t exist, we’ll help you start it and add it to our calendar.

Sedgebrook offers living options to meet varying needs, budgets and tastes. Our 80% refundable admission payments start at $259,000* and depend on the size of residence you select and number of occupants, with monthly service packages beginning at $2,650.
The admission payment and monthly service packages include:

- Interior maintenance and repairs, including appliances, plumbing, electrical and HVAC system
- Exterior maintenance and repairs, including painting, roof, driveway and windows
- Heating, electricity, and air conditioning

- Water, sewer and trash
- Landscaping, yard maintenance and snow removal
- Restaurant-style dining
- Indoor parking
- Gym membership/fitness center with indoor heated pool and hot tub
- Computer lab with high-speed internet and printer

A Life Plan Community offers peace of mind for you and your family. At Sedgebrook, you’ll have the security of knowing that, should your needs ever change, you’ll have priority access to all levels of care on our campus — from assisted living memory care to rehabilitation and skilled nursing, or even home health care.
Sedgebrook also offers access to a dedicated, on-campus wellness team that can perform health assessments and provide qualified care and support, right in your apartment home, during periods of illness or recovery. The Health at Home team can assist with short-term to extended care, medication management, home nursing, personal assistance with shopping, and help with managing Medicare or other insurance-related paperwork.
The monthly service package at Sedgebrook covers all the costs of living you might otherwise have in a house, including maintenance, dining at our community restaurants, utilities and much more. Beyond this, your monthly fee includes all of Sedgebrook’s extensive services and amenities, with only a few exceptions. The amount you pay depends on the size of residence you choose and the number of occupants in your residence. A second person pays a significantly lower monthly service package.
Residents must be 62 years or older.
We offer complimentary on-site interior design services to help you with ideas and plans, as well as a full menu of custom options, from paint and wallpaper to architectural molding, and upgraded cabinetry, countertops and appliances. With the help of our interior designer, Joseph, you’ll get an apartment home that’s the right size for you, designed just for you.
Structural or physical changes or renovations must first be approved by management. Custom renovations will remain the property of Sedgebrook.
Absolutely. At Sedgebrook, we love our four-legged friends — and they love our 72-acre campus and extensive walking trails.

Depending on the number of occupants and size of apartment home selected, our admission payments begin at $289,000 and are 80% refundable. Monthly service packages begin at $2,650.
At the right type of community, yes. Several IRS rulings have determined that the admission payments at a Life Plan Community like Sedgebrook can be tax deductible as a prepaid medical expense. Consult your tax advisor for details.
