Responsible for the safety and security of the residents, visitors, employees, and facilities. Training as a First Responder and EMT provided. Qualifications: HS diploma or GED. 1 to 3 years of security experience. Requires current valid state’s driver license. Full-time.

Responsible for the cleanliness of patient rooms, resident rooms and all public areas. Assists with activities set-ups and breakdowns. Assists with patient laundry. Qualifications: Previous housekeeping experience preferred. Must be able to communicate with residents and staff members. Full-time.

The Floor Care Worker is responsible for major floor care projects, public area cleaning and trash disposal. Qualifications: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Previous floor maintenance experience preferred. Full-time.

Responsible for the troubleshooting and intermediate repair of apartment and public area HVAC equipment along with the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance. Qualifications: High School or GED. Should possess 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a residential apartment complex. Full-time.

Responsible for the continuous safe operations and preventive maintenance of all major HVAC equipment, including apartment/public area heat pumps, refrigeration equipment, PRV valves, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water systems, heater/chillers and building automation system. Qualifications: High School or GED. Should possess certification for the successful completion of HVAC technical training or have 5 years’ experience in HVAC service. Full-time.

Assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Qualifications: Successful completion of an Illinois State approved nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with Illinois State registry required. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given. Full-time and part-time available.

Responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls as indicated. Assists in direct resident care as necessary. Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered. Qualifications: LPN currently licensed in the State of IL. At least 6 months nursing experience in long term care setting preferred. Full-time.

The Social Services Assistant is responsible for providing social work services to the residents and family members of the Health Care Center. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is preferred. One year of social work experience preferred in long term care/assisted living. Knowledge of geriatric population and dementia. Full-time.

The Community Liaison is responsible for maintaining an open, effective communication between the facility and referral sources, physicians, and third-party payers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field is preferred. A Nursing or Social Work background is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Health care, or admissions. Full-time.

Responsible for sales and closing activity that meets or exceeds expectations by understanding prospect needs and representing the community during the sales process from inquiry to move in. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid presentation skills (small and large group). A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. One year of sales experience. Experience with lead data base. Full-time.

The Cook is responsible for the preparation of all food items as per standardized recipes. Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively, and perform basic measurements. Ability to interpret standardized recipes, instructions, specifications and standards. A minimum of three years of experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, club or similar institution. Full-time.

Responsible for preparing and serving therapeutic diets to health center residents in accordance with posted therapeutic diet menus. Qualifications: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Ability to understand measurements and conversions. Previous experience in nursing home food service preferred. Ability to plan and organize work set up trays and plates in accordance with diet orders and interprets specifications and standards. Part-time.

Assists in the overall supervision of all aspects of meal time service and the overall efficiency of the Dining Room and the Café operations. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of dining room/food service experience, including service and sanitation. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred. Full-time.
