That means all exteriors, interior, and appliance maintenance, as well as grounds keeping, grass cutting and leaf removal are included in your monthly service package.

Depending on the size and type of residence, apartment homes can have a varying monthly service package. When you compare what is included in your monthly service package at Sedgebrook — utilities,  interior and exterior maintenance, chef-prepared meals, security, transportation, property taxes, trash removal, fitness center membership, use of common space, walking trails and much more — it’s very comparable to living in a house. Our 80% refundable admission payments start at $289,000 and monthly service fees start at $2,880/mo.
