As a Licensed Registered Nurse with advanced degrees in management, nursing, and health care policy and management, Michelle understands senior living from every angle—clinical, operational, and human.

Her passion extends beyond operational excellence to creating an environment where both residents and team members can flourish. Cathy Swan, Director of Resident Navigation

For nearly 18 years, since 2008, Licensed Clinical Social Worker Cathy Swan has been an integral part of the Sedgebrook family.
